As we enter the Asian Century, the rise of developing nations and growth in middle classes around the world is an encouraging and positive sign. Many countries are embarking on nation building projects, and this provides many new opportunities for those interested in pursuing them.

For associations there are opportunities to access new sponsors and grants, to secure new members, and run successful conferences and events in new and emerging destinations.

Our goal in 2012 is to continue to support our partners and clients with market intelligence and identifying leads, to provide in- market support and professional bid management, and in winning bids and securing new sources of revenue for our clients. Our key performance indicators will remain focussed on return on investments, increasing our clients market share, conversion rates in excess of 80% and profit margin or surplus.

The Industry Growth Group (IGG) uses the Global Research and Intelligence Network (GRAIN) in 16 countries to source the funding opportunities and leads, and IGG will provide efficient and professional bidding and tendering services. IGG uses the International Centre for Industry Development (ICID) in Indonesia and Malaysia to support with association incubation services or act as regional offices.
